We arrange domestic and international shipping based on the customer's requirements and the agreed quotation.
International customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and compliance with applicable import, customs and regulatory requirements in the destination country.

Customers may complete payment through an authorised payment link or another approved payment method. Where permitted by our authorised payment service provider, customers may provide card details through an approved payment process so the merchant can process the transaction using the authorised merchant system or terminal.
We do not currently offer subscription-based or automatic recurring payments. Card-not-present or manually processed transactions are handled according to the applicable payment provider's security requirements. Complete payment card details are not intentionally stored after processing.
We collect information needed to respond to enquiries, process orders, payments and deliveries, including names, contact details, billing/delivery information, order details and shipping information. Relevant information may be shared with payment processors, logistics providers, suppliers and service providers where necessary to fulfil a transaction. We do not sell customer personal information.
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been prepared, processed or shipped. Once fulfilment has begun, cancellation may no longer be available. If products arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, customers should contact us promptly with supporting details. Food and frozen products generally cannot be returned after delivery unless they qualify for a remedy due to damage, defect or incorrect supply.
